Compliance & payments

Approved is the easy part. Staying approved isn't.

Stripe permits research-use-only peptides when preventive measures are in place. We install those measures, process your card payments, and scan the storefront every day so nothing drifts out from under you.

Move your cursor to the gate — verified buyers pass, everyone else doesn't
The rule everyone misreads

Stripe does not ban research peptides. It bans selling them with no controls — which is what almost every storefront does.

Permitted, with conditions.

Peptides that are for research purposes may be sold on Stripe as long as there are preventive measures in place to ensure these are not accessible to those who would purchase research chemicals for nonresearch purposes.
Stripe — Prohibited & Restricted Businesses FAQ

The same policy adds the part that closes most accounts: Stripe assumes peptides sold with no stated purpose are being sold for human consumption. An open storefront with a footer disclaimer is not a preventive measure. A checkout that only opens to verified research counterparties, records what each one attested to, and keeps that record exportable — that is what the condition asks for, and it is what we build.

What goes on your storefront

Four controls, installed together. Each one produces evidence a reviewer can actually look at.

The preventive measures.

Counterparty gate

Before the store renders, every visitor confirms they are 21 or over and purchasing as a qualified research counterparty — a licensed researcher, clinical lab, CRO or credentialed institutional buyer. Not a dismissible popup. The catalog does not load until they clear it.

Blocks the access path

Intended-use attestation

Each buyer signs a fixed, non-editable statement recording their counterparty type and that the purchase is for in vitro or laboratory research, under the intended-use standard of 21 CFR §201.128. Signed before checkout, not buried in terms.

Creates the record

Tamper-evident ledger

Every attestation is sealed into a hash-chained log with timestamp and IP, and checkpointed with us every hour. Any alteration breaks the chain and shows. Exportable as CSV the moment a processor, acquirer or auditor asks — which they will, and usually with a deadline.

Survives review

Continuous scanning

Every product page, policy page and blog post checked for dosing language, human-use framing, therapeutic claims and missing research-use labeling. Every day, hourly for changed pages, and instantly on save with our plugin installed.

Catches the drift
Taking the money

Real card processing on your own merchant account. Not a crypto workaround, not an offshore gateway, not an invoice link.

Every way your buyers pay.

Checkout lives on your domain. No redirect to a third-party page, no lost sessions, no drop-off at the moment a buyer is deciding.

Funds settle into your own Stripe account and pay out to your bank on Stripe's schedule. You are the merchant of record, your business name is what appears on your customer's statement, and we never hold your money at any point.

Your account, your name

You hold the Stripe relationship. We connect to it — we don't sit between you and it.

Direct bank payouts

Standard Stripe schedule to your account. No holdbacks, no reserve held by us.

One-click connection

Authorize through Stripe's own flow. No API keys to copy, nothing to configure by hand.

Available methods depend on your Stripe account configuration and eligibility. Buy-now-pay-later and wallet options are enabled per account.

Getting live

Compliance first, then payments. We don't connect an account to a storefront that would fail review.

Four steps to live.

01

We audit what you have

Full scan of your catalog, policy pages and blog. You get a written findings report — every issue with the page it's on, the exact sentence, and the correction. Plus a score you can watch climb as each one is cleared.

02

We clear the findings

We remediate what the audit turned up, then install the gate, the attestation flow and the ledger on your storefront. Works on WordPress, WooCommerce, custom builds and most site builders.

03

You connect Stripe

One click through Stripe's own authorization flow into your own account. Card payment stays switched off at checkout until your account is cleared to charge, so nothing goes live prematurely.

04

Monitoring runs

From the moment you're live, every day, with hourly checks for changed pages. New critical findings are emailed to you the moment a scan finds them. Your dashboard holds current status, full fix history and an exportable compliance record.

No setup fee. No application fee. No minimum volume. The platform fee is assessed on your trailing month's processed volume, so it comes off automatically — you never have to ask. Cancel with 30 days' notice and your site, domain, content and full attestation ledger leave with you.

Questions

The four we get asked before anyone signs anything.

Asked and answered.

Can you guarantee I'll be approved?

No, and neither can anyone else. Stripe underwrites every account individually and can review, restrict or close one at any time for reasons entirely outside our control.

What we do is put the evidence Stripe's policy asks for on the table: the access controls, the signed attestations, the exportable record, and a storefront with no human-use language in it. That is the condition the published policy names. The decision is always the processor's.

Anyone promising you guaranteed approval is either misunderstanding how underwriting works or hoping you don't.

Whose Stripe account does the money go into?

Yours. You hold the account, you're the merchant of record, and your business name is what your customer sees on their card statement. Payouts go from Stripe straight to your bank on their normal schedule.

We never take custody of your funds. If you leave, your Stripe account and its entire history stay with you — there is nothing to unwind.

Do I have to rebuild or move my site?

No. The gate and the monitoring work on WordPress, WooCommerce, custom builds and most site builders — a plugin where one fits, a single script tag where it doesn't.

Managed hosting is available and some clients move to us for it, mainly because it lets the scanner see content before it publishes rather than after. It is never a requirement.

If the audit finds the site is a structural problem rather than a copy problem, we'll say so and quote a rebuild. We won't quietly bill remediation hours against something that needs replacing.

What actually gets flagged?

Dosing, reconstitution and injection instructions. Human-use framing — second-person language about results, effects or experience. Therapeutic and disease claims tied to a compound. Testimonials and before/after imagery. Missing or inconsistent research-use labeling across product pages, cart and checkout. Consumer-retail signals like personal-use bundles. Broken or stale COA links. Gate bypasses through direct product URLs.

Every finding arrives with a severity, the page, the exact offending sentence and the suggested correction. You decide what to change; we're not editing your site behind your back.
